Montgomery County Coin Club auction archive maintains the descriptions of the lots and prices realized since 1998. These are published for members who would like to keep track of previous auctions. This information represents the market for MCCC and not the market in general.
The information is maintained in a Microsoft Excel workbook. There is one spreadsheet that has the record of every lot sold at an MCCC auction. Other spreadsheets are marked with the year of the auction. Every lot has a number in the form of Lmmnn where mm is the month that item was auctioned within the given year and nn is a sequence number. Thus a lot numbered L0312 is the 12th auction lot at the March meeting for the given year. In years when MCCC held Mail Bid sales, the lot numbers are in the form of Mmmnn. Mail bid sales are listed at the end of the year’s auctions.
